My city's newspaper, Boston Metro, reported yesterday that Diana's single will be released. Here's what they said:

"American Idol" finalist Diana DeGarmo's first single, "Dreams" will be released Tuesday. The 17-year-old says she's excited to hear it played on the radio. "I'm probably going to have a heart attack," DeGarmo said.

I'm curious because my friend got into Oz Idol and um, there were rounds of auditions before they appear before the judges.

For the first round they pick ten people, ask them to sing, and then pick one out.
